Instagram has recently updated its Android and IOS application, this time it offers much more creativity. There are emoji hashtags introduced along with 3 new photo editing filters. This update had a great impact on people who love photo editing.
The latest update of world’s leading photo blogging application Instagram now enables the user to use Emoji in hashtags. It makes it more interesting because users can express their feelings in a much better and fun way. Previous versions supported emoji in comments section, to make the small conversations sound interesting and fun. The presence of these emoji in hashtags have now made user able to search for them in the explore section, after searching in the explore section the emoji hashtags can be used in captioning the photos they upload.
Leaving behind the update of emoji hashtags we now move on to the second interesting part which is the introduction of 3 new filters; these three new filters are named “lark”, “Reyes”, and “Juno.” All these filters are categorized as the member of “Modern subtle filters” family. These filters enable the user to increase brightness of their photos in a very perfect manner without causing changes to other aspects of photos.
Reviewing the Lark filter we can state that it enhances the blue and green color present in the picture by desaturation the red color. This technique is used mostly in editing the landscape photos.
Reyes is known for its vintage and dusty look on photos, it used to cause the effects which make the photos look old. It is a very useful filter for people who love to apply vintage effect to their photos; vintage effect gives life to the photos.
Juno has great tint of green color and it enables the warm pop tones in photos yet it manages to make the whites glow in photos. This filter makes photos vibrant and beautiful.
The updates for both platforms are now out and available on respective stores to download, the IOS update enables the users to use Instagram on Apple watch. Users can browse through the news feed, like photos updated by other users, and leave emoji comments. The application now gives push notifications to the Apple watch.
