Floyd Mayweather talks about the fight and his opponent, Manny Pacquio during his public training session

Floyd Mayweather Jr. is boosted with confidence for his long awaited fight with Manny Pacquiao scheduled for May 2nd.

Mayweather looked very ready and energized on Tuesday during his last public training session appearance in a gym located in the middle of the desert city’s Chinatown district, Nevada. As the storm troubled the scheduling of the session and the crowds of fans who were waiting on Mayweather to appear at his training session, but that did not stop anyone from preparing and continuing whatever they needed to do for the richest fight in boxing history.

Mayweather took the time to discuss his opinion on the fight and the fighter, Manny Pacquiao. Although Mayweather was not being his regular self as he did not share any offensive comment about his upcoming opponent. He did tease Pacquiao a bit regarding his height and his fighting technique when asked.

Mayweather promises a great exciting fight although he states that Manny is a “reckless fighter.”

“He fought very, very recklessly in the Marquez fight,” Mayweather said he also stated that if he fought like that in his career then it would’ve ended early for him.

Mayweather is 47-0, undefeated and aims to keep it this way and add another number to that.

“Everything in life is about timing,’’ Mayweather said “I don’t regret anything. The timing is right. Before I wasn’t as big. But I’ve been getting bigger and bigger and not just inside the sport of boxing.’’

“He’s a future hall-of-famer. I am a future hall-of-famer and we are meeting at the pinnacle of our careers,”

This welterweight fight has been in the works for the past five years, the fans want it and the sport needs it as two of the greatest fighter collide head-to-head at MGM Grand Hotel beginning of next month.
