Monday night RAW was a fast paced, action packed show this week which was expected since it was the last RAW before the Extreme Rules pay-per-view. The two standout matches of the night were John Cena vs Kane for the United States Championship and Dolph Ziggler vs Seth Rollins.

The show started off with Randy Orton standing in the middle of a steel cage telling fans what he was going to do to Rollins on Sunday. He also promised RKO’s throughout the night.

The first match ended in a no contest since Luke Harper ran away clearly not wanting anything to do with Dean Ambrose.

The next match was between The Lucha Dragons and The New Day. The New Day won the match via count out as Xavier Woods kept Sin Cara outside the ring for a 10-count. Randy Orton delivered his first two RKO’s of the night to the New Day right after.

Then Fandango won a well-deserved battle against Curtis Axel with his signature leg drop from the top rope.

Triple H made his return to RAW to announce the Tough Enough was back from June 23rd and he also tried ending the argument between Rollins & Kane.

Naomi managed to win a lack-luster match against Brie Bella that just proved why the WWE needs more divas that can wrestle.

Randy Orton made another appearance backstage and RKO’d Heath Slater through a table.

Roman Reigns came to the ring and was interrupted by Bo Dallas. He got a superman punch and spear for his trouble.

Sheamus won by DQ against Zack Ryder when Dolph Ziggler came into the ring and hit a Zig Zag on Sheamus just as he was readying for a third Brogue kick.

US Champion John Cena won his match against Kane with an Attitude Adjustment after getting chokeslammed. He was then attacked by Rusev backstage with a chain.

The Miz won against Damien Mizdow and retained his brand. Summer Rae helped him by turning on Mizdow. Orton then delivered another RKO to Miz.

Ryback won his match against Adam Rose with a Shell Shock. He also Shell Shocked a couple of rosebuds after the match just for fun.

And in the main event, Seth Rollins defeated Dolph Ziggler when Sheamus interfered in the match. Rollins used his new finishing move, a DDT. Kane tried attacking Rollins after the match but he lowered the steel cage for protection. But Randy Orton slithered in before the cage was lowered and RKO’d Rollins to close the show.
